If you received a visit from an unidentified flying object, how would you greet it? Meet a Northern Colorado man who not only anticipated the other-worldly visitor, but welcomed it with open arms and an open heart.
On September 6, 2013, a frantic, unnamed man flips on his HD camera. The night vision lens reveals the object of his attention: a glowing, airborne orb just below cloud level. The aircraft moves swiftly and silently, haphazardly changing directions with no discernible pattern.
“You’re beautiful. And thank you for coming,” proclaimed the man in a moment of unbridled joy. “I’m getting you on video if you don’t mind.”
The man continues to record the sighting from his front yard to a growing crowd of spectators. Initial disbelief quickly turns to collective amazement. Through overheard conversations, we learn the same neighborhood was visited by two UFOs earlier the same week. Just as quickly as it appeared, the UFO glides away, disappearing out of view.
Many people will live their entire lives without experiencing a single UFO encounter. Others are more prone to the experience, going so far as to anticipate their next encounter. But at the end of the day, we’re bound by our persevering curiosities, a coveted trait regarded equally out of this world.
